I Feel So Sexy...

Feeling sexy in my 8th month of pregnancy....not!

I love looking at my belly though, imagine, my belly is now the home of the most beautiful thing in the world for me and my hubby, our baby Elyse Kylene. It's really so exciting! I can't wait to meet my little baby for the first time.

Feeling Fatigue

Maybe it's the hormones, but I've been feeling tired lately. I want to sleep for an entire day, but I still have to work. I plan to take my maternity leave before giving birth so I'll have more time with my baby.

My Baby's Gear

Our baby's a really lucky little girl. Her grandma and auntie bought her some stuff from Evenflo and Fisher Price. Here's the cute little baby swing that they got for her:

We also had her little clothes embroidered with her nickname's initial, and we also got her a cute little crib. I know, I know, the crib should have been pink, but I like the baby blue and yellow color, and we can use it for her little brother (Coming soon in 2 years)

Nuts Over Baby Stuff

Having a baby means not only looking forward to having your little angel in your arms, but it also means going nuts over baby stuff.

Due to Philippine tradition, I have been banned from doing shopping for my baby from months 1 to 6, but now, I can do some shopping!

You see, in the Philippines, according to old wives, moms should not shop for their babies until they're like, in the last trimester of their pregnancies. I don't know why exactly, but I think it's because they think being over enthusiastic might be bad for the baby because it cause some kind of jinx? I'm not sure.

Last Saturday, my hubby and I bought some stuff, like long sleeved shirts (when its cold), and adorable little tweety bird socks! They're so adorable! Can't wait for my little girl to wear them.

I'm also super thrilled whenever friends give me their old baby stuff. My friend Heidi gave me her little girl's old dresses two days ago, and I also can't wait until my baby becomes big enough to wear them...

Super Thrilled!

My hubby and I went for a 4d ultrasound last August 30. It was fantastic! It was so amazing to see our baby moving around, covering her face, and even sucking her thumb! We're super excited to see her in person!

I'll give birth around November 14 to 26. (Not quite sure when exactly yet, because we still don't know whether I'll do natural birth or go through caesarian section).

Amygdala

My brother's the lead vocalist for a local band called "Amygdala". I was a little bored so I went ahead and made a music video for their performance of "Sabbra Cadabra", a song originally done by Black Sabbath.
